Valley of the Queen
The Valley of the Queens, located near Luxor in Egypt, is a burial site where queens, princes, and high officials of the New Kingdom (1550–1070 BCE) were laid to rest. It contains around 90 tombs, including those of famous queens like Nefertari, the wife of Ramses II. The tombs are adorned with intricate wall paintings and hieroglyphs, depicting scenes from the afterlife and the journey to eternity.

Temple of Karnak
The Temple of Karnak in Luxor, Egypt, is a vast complex of temples, chapels, pylons, and other buildings dedicated to the Theban triad: the gods Amun, Mut, and Khonsu. Spanning over 2,000 years, it is one of the largest religious complexes ever built.

Temple of Hatshepsut
A mortuary temple built for the female Pharaoh Hatshepsut, known for its unique terraces and colonnades.

Luxor Temple and Colossi of Memnon
A large temple complex built by Amenhotep III and expanded by Ramses II. Two massive stone statues of Pharaoh Amenhotep III, standing at the entrance of his mortuary temple.

Enjoying lunch in Luxor amidst its rich historical backdrop is a unique experience. Please not that the drinks during the lunch are not included.

Optional: Nile Cruise to Banana Island
Banana Island, or Gezira el-Mozh in Arabic, is a small island located on the Nile River near Luxor. Take a Boat from Luxor to reach Banana Island. The journey itself offers scenic views of the Nile and the surrounding landscape.Walk through the banana groves and gardens, enjoying the tranquility and shade provided by the tropical foliage. The visit to Banana Island is available for additional charge to pay in Luxor (~10$ per person).

Drop-Off in your Hotel
After absorbing this incredible experience and gaining insights into Luxor’s rich history, our guide will escort you back to the bus. By evening, we’ll return you to your Hurghada hotel.
